Planned work costs half as much, so plan what you can. For any other work we tell you the expected start before you agree; there is no guaranteed time.
Business hours are weekdays 09:00–18:00, Amsterdam time; holidays are Dutch public holidays. Every job is billed, reboots included; you can reboot your own servers over their BMC (IPMI). The work is done by our own engineers; we do not subcontract it.

How much does remote hands cost?

Are reboots billed too?
Yes. Every job by our engineers is billed by the time it takes, so you pay only for the work you order. You can reboot your own servers over their BMC (IPMI) at any time.
Can you come urgently?
Yes, at any hour, at €240 per hour excl. VAT with a 1-hour minimum. There is no guaranteed time: we tell you the expected start before you agree.
Can you keep my spare parts on site?
Yes. Spare parts and small components are stored free, and a whole server free for the first 6 months, then €30 per server per month excl. VAT. A hardware swap from your spare on our shelf is billed as remote hands.
Can I buy hours in advance?
Yes. Prepaid blocks of 10 h, 25 h and 50 h cost €1,080, €2,550 and €4,800, excl. VAT, and are valid 12 months. An hour of other work uses 2 prepaid hours.
