Which location is available now?
Utrecht is available; Amsterdam is on request. Racks are rated 7 kW.
Which certifications do the data centres hold?
Both are built to Tier III and certified to ISO 27001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISAE 3402 Type II. These certifications are held by NorthC, the operator of both data centres.
Which internet exchanges can I reach?
Amsterdam gives you direct on-site access to AMS-IX. Cross-connects and L2 connectivity to AMS-IX, NL-IX and other exchange points are available from both locations. A cross-connect to an internet exchange is priced by the data centre and confirmed in your quote.
Can I visit my rack?
Yes, at any hour. You get a temporary badge for each visit after registering with your passport, and our engineers accompany your vendors on site in business hours. Crash-cart/KVM sessions are available.
