Yes. Power is contracted across two NorthC data centres in the Amsterdam region, and a dedicated data room is allocated for growth.

Why does available power matter in the Amsterdam region?
- 11 June 2025 — Amsterdam stops permitting new large data centres
- Until 2030 — new grid connections in the city of Amsterdam are capped at 350 MVA
- At least ten years — the grid operators' waiting lists for large consumers

What does colocation cost?
From €425 per kW per month on a 12–36 month term, excl. VAT. The rate is set per rack, by the power in it.

What is included in the rate per kW?
A rate per kW is more than power: rack space and power are in it, and so is the work around them.
Equipment, the network for your racks and care after go-live are quoted for your project.
Everything included- Dual 2×32 A metered PDUs
- Structured power and data cabling, patch cords, standard 1G and 10G optics from stock, labelling
- Rack and stack at go-live, scheduled in business hours
- Equipment testing before go-live
- Inventory: serials, rack position, port map, power feed, photos at intake and after every job
- Shipping and receiving with 2 business days' notice and a packing list
- Spare parts and small components stored free
- One 1 Gbps port per rack and a BGP session; IPv6 /48 per customer, free
